In the app
Riders and drivers can open Help & Support in the app to send us a request about a ride, a payment or their account. We reply by email.
Emergencies
During a ride, use the SOS button in the app: it alerts the Aadhya team with your trip and location, and lets you call 112, India's emergency number. In danger, always call 112 first.
