Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms apply when you use the Aadhya Rides app (riders) or the Aadhya Driver app (drivers), run by Aadhya Tours ("Aadhya", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and give your real name, a mobile number you use, and your email address.
  • One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • If you sign up with Google and already have an Aadhya account, we'll ask for that account's password once to connect the two.

Booking a ride

  • The app shows the fare before you book. It stays the same for the trip, less any coupon you apply.
  • Pay the driver in cash, or from your Aadhya wallet when it covers the whole fare. Tips are optional.
  • Your wallet holds cashback and refunds. It can be used for rides and tips in the app, but it can't be withdrawn or transferred.
  • Every ride has a 4-digit ride PIN in your app. Share it with the driver only once you're in the right car; the trip can't start without it.
  • You can cancel a ride in the app. There's no cancellation charge today; if that changes, the app will tell you before you cancel.

Driving with Aadhya

  • Drivers need a valid driving licence and the permits, registration and insurance the law requires for their vehicle, and must keep their details in the app up to date. Aadhya checks each account before it can take rides.
  • Drivers can mark themselves "arrived" only near the pickup point, and start a trip only with the rider's PIN.
  • Aadhya keeps a commission on each fare; the app shows what you'll earn before you accept a ride. Coupons riders use are paid by Aadhya, so they don't reduce your share.
  • Earnings and bonuses go to your driver wallet. You can ask for a payout to the UPI ID or bank account you add; Aadhya reviews each request and sends the money.
  • Don't ask riders for more than the fare shown in the app.

Behaviour and safety

  • Treat each other with respect. No harassment, discrimination, violence, or illegal items or activity.
  • Follow traffic laws and wear seat belts or helmets as required.
  • In an emergency, use the SOS button in the app or call 112.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or are used for fraud.

The service

We work to keep the apps running, accurate and safe, but we can't promise they'll always be available or free of errors, or that a driver will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Aadhya isn't responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed appointment. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using the apps after that, the new terms apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to fix it.
